This blog shares my progress in digital photography and production of photo montages of flowers, architecture, Cornell buildings and sculptures, and travels.
I set up the black background in an area to take advantage of the afternoon soft light. Here are some photos of flowers presently growing in my garden. Hated to cut them, but I wanted to use the black technique with the macro lens. Hope you enjoy this series.
The gardens in the Botanical Garden at Cornell are gorgeous! Everything is perfectly mulched and waiting for you to visit. This was mini tour weekend for the docents, so I was there and took thesepictures with the early morning sun. If you are in the Ithaca area, this is a must see spot!
